At Pretty Scent, we want your fragrance order to arrive safely and smoothly. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrances, certain perfumes may be subject to shipping restrictions or may not qualify for expedited or air shipping.

Some products may only be eligible for ground transportation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Pretty Scent is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows unusual delays, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist you with the appropriate next steps.

For damaged shipments, please keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the package and affected item(s).

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting the shipping carrier and Pretty Scent.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, if offered, will be displayed at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or restrictions may apply depending on the destination and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Fragrance products may also be restricted from international shipment due to carrier and hazardous-material transportation regulations.
