At Pretty Scent, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For fragrance products, items that have been opened, sprayed, used, or had their original seal or protective packaging removed are not eligible for return, except when the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box when applicable. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Pretty Scent or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Pretty Scent is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Products with removed or broken seals
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items, when clearly identified as final sale before purchase

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please contact us regarding your return eligibility. Once an eligible return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
